Before We Get Started

Every Custom Chelsa' Design begins with a $200 Design Consultation & Concept Fee, which is paid at checkout to reserve your project and begin the design process.

Once I review your project, I'll prepare a detailed quote based on the scope of work, materials, production, and installation (if applicable).

The $200 Design Consultation & Concept Fee will be credited toward your final invoice if you move forward with your project.

If you choose not to proceed after the design consultation has begun, the consultation fee is non-refundable as it covers design time, planning, and creative development.

Step 4

I'll create a custom concept and review your project requirements.

Once I understand the full scope of your project, I'll send you a detailed invoice outlining the remaining balance based on your design, materials, production, and any additional services requested.

Step 5

You'll receive a digital proof for approval.

Every project includes two (2) complimentary proof revisions.

Additional revisions are $25 per revision.

Production will not begin until your final proof has been approved.
